In the past year I have received over 200 cards filled with words of encouragement from friends and family. Each one has been carefully selected, and the poems, Bible verses, and messages have touched my heart deeply.
There are some women who are very consistent with their cards. These women are great prayer warriors who continue to have me in their prayers and they let me know every two or three weeks that they have not forgotten. Many people write beautiful messages on their own, which is very special. Each card I receive is set out on the kitchen counter for everyone to read. After several weeks, the cards are gathered and put in a basket in my office. Every time I walk into my office, I see the basket of love.
